Returns and Exchanges

We like to keep it simple.  While we don't anticipate the need for any returns or exchanges, if something does arise, just do the following:

To qualify for a return or exchange, email Order1717 at within 7 days of receipt of your order. If your order is eligible for return or exchange, the item(s) must be received at to the fulfillment center address we provide you within 30 days of approving the return.  If this is an exchange, your new item will be shipped after receiving the returned item.

Items Not Eligible for Refund / Store Credit:


Damaged/Worn Items.

Returns received after 30 days of approval.

Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

New items with missing/damaged packaging.

Shipping charges.
